In the 'Peace Garden' at the Sacramento Parliament park there are a million roses.

Plaques inscribed with the words of youths were placed about the garden.

My favorite was one which read;

"Peace is worth having, even if I have to die for it." - 6yrs old.

My roomate is moving!

This means the universe has officially stopped kicking me in the teeth.

I called shot gun on the choice of new roomie since the girl got the last one.

So looks like the newfie will be moving in. It would be K except she's planning to move to Germany to live with her dad for a year or so.

So the other day, being temporarily lazy, I decided to park behind the apartment since I was only going to be a minute.

They towed me and I couldn't even be mad. It was my own damn fault.

Had to pay stupid amounts of money to the evil hostage takers known as the towing lot.

This makes me sad.

SUV driving on the ass of a small car, honking continually. The car pulls over and the SUV pulls in behind it. A 'friend' of mine (prior to sending me this) thought, ... well, I don't know what they thought to be honest.

It still shocks me everytime I come across these antiquated displays of ignorance. How? How is this still out there? And how do I have a friend who supports these attitudes? ( Extremely horrifying )
